About Us

Since 1928, the Murry family has constructed living places and working spaces. Today, the third generation, headed by William Murry, continues to build lasting relationships with each client–whether residential or commercial!

Bill Murry continues the tradition of delivering outstanding value and craftsmanship. The craftsmanship is visible in each residential community, including the Crossgates Residences of Winding Creek and Sawgrass nestled along the sprawling Crossgates Golf Course; Woods Edge surrounded by farmland, minutes from Lancaster’s main access roads and the city center; Eagle Ridge, delivering scenic beauty just north of Lancaster in Warwick Township; and Mondamin Farm, nestled next to the Conestoga River in Manheim Township.

The Murry Leadership Team

Bill joined the company in 1973. He brings over 40 years of land development and construction expertise to the business. He is responsible for leading and guiding all the Murry business lines.

Cindy joined the company in May 2018. She brings 40 years of financial and accounting experience to all the business lines.

Nancy joined Murry in May 2019. Nancy brings a strong background in both commercial and residential real estate management. She is the Broker of Record for Murry Management Co. and oversees the day-to-day operation of Residential and Commercial Property Management and Leasing.

Chris became superintendent at Crossgates Golf Course in 2004 and took the helm as General Manager in 2008.
